NOVELTY - The sensor has a glass substrate, a nanometer ball structure layer, a metal layer and a single-layer graphene surface that are orderly formed with each other, where thickness of the metal layer is about 40-120 nm. The nanometer ball structure layer is tightly arranged with a single layer nano ball, where diameter of the single layer nano ball is about 90-1000 nm. USE - Raman-enhanced chemical sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor can increase strength of a Raman signal. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The single layer nano ball is formed as a polystyrene nano ball, a gold ball or silver ball.
