NOVELTY - Preparing button cell comprises (i) taking the anode electrode sheet using graphene oxide/vanadium pentoxide as raw material for assembling the cell, (ii) battery assembling in a glove box closed argon atmosphere, (iii) placing 2025 positive shell, graphene/vanadium pentoxide anode sheet, polypropylene membrane, lithium sheet, stainless steel gasket, spring, 2025 negative cases, adding electrolyte, sealing and reacting. USE - The button cell is useful for super capacitors (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing button cell comprises (i) taking the anode electrode sheet using graphene oxide/vanadium pentoxide as raw material for assembling the cell, (ii) battery assembling in a glove box closed argon atmosphere, (iii) placing 2025 positive shell, graphene/vanadium pentoxide anode sheet, polypropylene membrane, lithium sheet, stainless steel gasket, spring, 2025 negative cases, adding electrolyte, sealing, assembling into 2025 type button cell, activating a button cell, where the graphene/vanadium pentoxide anode sheet preparation includes (a) using graphene/vanadium pentoxide as raw material, carrying out low temperature drying for 20-26 hours at 50-80 degrees C, (b) taking the prepared graphene/vanadium pentoxide as a anode active material and mixing acetylene black and adhesive in the ratio of 80:10:10, grinding for 30-50 minutes, grinding fully, (c) adding N-methyl pyrrolidone solvent, continuously grinding to uniformly thickness to obtain the slurry, (d) slurry coating on the aluminum foil to the thickness of 10-80 mu m, using vacuum drying at 60-90 degrees C for 10-16 hours to remove the electrode sheet in N-methyl pyrrolidone to obtain electrode sheets, and (e) the electrode sheet becomes a wafer with diameter of 16 mm, the ratio of vanadium pentoxide and graphene is 95-99:1-5, the graphene is composed of 97.78 wt.% carbon, 0.96 wt.% nitrogen and 1.26 wt.% oxygen with conductivity of carbon to oxygen mass ratio is 77.6, grain diameter of the sheet of graphene is 238 nm, the layer thickness is 1.87 nm.
