NOVELTY - Preparing degradable polybutylene adipate terephthalate comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide in a first solvent to prepare a dispersion liquid; (ii) adding zinc acetate to the dispersion liquid, adjusting the pH to neutral, carrying out hydrothermal treatment, adding a reducing agent to react, separating the solid phase, and calcining under an inert atmosphere to obtain zinc oxide-graphene; (iii) mixing terephthalic acid, butanediol, the first catalyst and the first stabilizer with the zinc oxide-graphene, and the first esterification reaction to obtain the first prepolymer; (iv) mixing adipic acid, butanediol, the second catalyst, and the second stabilizer to carry out the second esterification reaction to obtain the second prepolymer; and (v) mixing the first prepolymer is mixed with the second prepolymer to carry out the third esterification reaction. USE - The method is useful for preparing degradable polybutylene adipate terephthalate is useful in the preparation of film products or injection molded products (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares degradable polybutylene adipate terephthalate with high strength, high toughness, high water resistance and degradability which can absorb ultraviolet radiation and reduce the absorption of polyester matrix to ultraviolet and the transmittance of ultraviolet to improve the aging resistance.
