NOVELTY - A lip-shaped seal ring comprises a fluororubber system, a melamine formaldehyde resin system and a graphene oxide system. The fluororubber system comprises 100 pts. wt. fluororubber, 3.5-8.5 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth, 10-15 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 2-5 pts. wt. calcium hydroxide, 5-20 pts. wt. carbon black, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. bisphenol AF, and 0.5-2 pts. wt. benzopyridopyrimidine. The melamine formaldehyde resin system comprises 20-30 pts. wt. melamine, 10-18 pts. wt. paraformaldehyde, 5-10 pts. wt. of 37% formaldehyde solution, 3-8 pts. wt. cellulose sulfonate, and 6-15 pts. wt. isoacetone. The graphene oxide system comprises 1-1.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. coupling agent, 5-7.5 pts. wt. of 66.7 %mass acetic acid solution, and 30-50 pts. wt. methyl ethyl ketone. USE - Lip-shaped seal ring is used for automobile engine rotating shaft. ADVANTAGE - The lip-shaped seal ring is manufactured by a simple method, and has improved high-temperature resistance, solvent resistance, mechanical strength, wear resistance, thermal conductivity, gas barrier property and service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of lip-shaped seal ring, which involves (i) mixing methyl ethyl ketone and graphene oxide, adding 37% formaldehyde solution to the obtained mixed solution, mixing and adding coupling agent, reacting in an oil bath at 70-75 degrees C for 8-12 hours, washing with deionized water and vacuum drying to obtain graphene oxide, (ii) adding melamine and paraformaldehyde into a reactor, adding deionized water, raising the temperature to 55 degrees C under stirring, mixing, adding 37% formaldehyde solution, adjusting the pH value with 20% sodium hydroxide solution, controlling the pH to 8-9, heating to 70 degrees C, reacting for 1-1.5 hours, adding isoacetone and cellulose sulfonate and adjusting the pH to 8-9 and reacting for 2 hours to obtain melamine formaldehyde resin system, and (iii) mixing fluororubber, carbon black, obtained graphene oxide, diatomaceous earth and formaldehyde solution for 5 minutes, adding calcium hydroxide and magnesium oxide to an open mill and mixing for 3 minutes, rolling, extruding the obtained semi-finished products by an extruder and pre-forming machine, molding, vulcanizing and performing post-processing.
