NOVELTY - Preparing graphene coating material comprises (i) adding graphene powder into hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution for hydro-thermal reaction, adding potassium hydroxide and stirring to obtain oxidized graphene suspension; (ii) evaporating and drying suspension of oxidized graphene, placing potassium hydroxide mixture graphene to tubular furnace for etching, cooling and then washing the product with water, filtering, drying, obtaining ultra-high specific surface area graphene; (iii) adding ultra-high specific surface area graphene tris-hydrochloric acid buffer solution, then adding ethanol to inhibitor-containing solution, and adding dopamine hydrochloride powder, stirring, centrifuging and separating and drying to obtain graphene; (iv) dispersing graphene in diluent, adding epoxy curing agent and stirring, adding epoxy resin and fully mixing to obtain graphene coating. USE - The graphene coating material is useful for graphene self-repairing coating in metal anticorrosion (claimed), and in national biometer and national defense construction, namely metal material. ADVANTAGE - The method: is convenient and environmentally-friendly, can form self-repairing anticorrosive coating to exhibit excellent long-term anti-corrosion effect, provides high corrosion inhibitor loading amount by preparing ultra-high specific surface area graphene polydopamine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: graphene coating, is obtained by the above method; graphene self-healing coating, prepared by curing for 24-48 hours at room temperature by the graphene coating and then solidifying for 12-24 hours at 50℃ to form; and use method of graphene self-repairing coating in metal anticorrosion, comprising adopting the mode of spraying or brushing to form 1-200 µm thick coating for corrosion protection.
