NOVELTY - Anticorrosive spray polyurea elastomer comprises component A and B, where the component A comprises 40-60 pts. wt. isocyanate, 30-55 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 1-5 pts. wt. rheological additives, 0-2 pts. wt. adhesive, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene/carbon black mixture and component B comprises 10-35 pts. wt. curing agent, 3-10 pts. wt. chain extender, 40-90 pts. wt. polyetheramine, 1-5 pts. wt. viscosity reducer, and 1-5 pts. wt. additives. USE - Anticorrosive spray polyurea elastomer used in oilfield equipment and equipment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive spray polyurea elastomer has strong bonding force of the metal pipe and the glass steel pipe, improves antistatic performance, coating annual corrosion rate of crude oil and raw oil sewage to the polyurea elastomer is less than or equal to 0.2% per year. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing anticorrosive spray polyurea elastomer, which involves adding the polyether polyol to the reactor with nitrogen protection, stirring under vacuum, heating and dehydrating, then removing the vacuum, filling with nitrogen protection, and cooling to 60 degrees C, adding isocyanate, stirring, and then performing heating reaction, adding rheological additives and/or adhesives after cooling to below 60 degrees C, stirring, and then discharging to obtain component A, adding polyetheramine, curing agent and chain extender into the reaction kettle according to the ratio of raw materials, filling with nitrogen for protection, stirring, controlling the temperature in the kettle to be 40 degrees C, reducing stirring speed to 150-300 revolutions per minute, adding viscosity reducer and other additives into the reaction kettle, and stirring mixture and discharging to obtain component B; and (2) an oil field installations and equipment, which comprises metal storage tanks, metal pipes and glass steel pipes.
