NOVELTY - Graphene paper basin, comprises 30-40 wt.% EKB pulp board, 40-58 wt.% Northwood pulp board, 5-20 wt.% kapok fiber, 8-12 wt.% direct black red light 3BG dye, 8-10 wt.% aluminum sulfate, 8-12 wt.% industrial salt and 0.2-1 wt.% graphene. USE - The graphene paper basin is useful in speaker (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene paper basin has consistent frequency characteristics, uniform thickness, strong stability, and consistent light transmittance of the suspended edge, and greatly improves the quality of the paper basin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene paper basin comprising (i) selecting raw material, (ii) performing pulp board pretreatment, (iii) beating and dispersing, (iv) applying additive, (v) scooping and forming, (vi) baking and curing, taking 30-40 wt.% EKB pulp board, 40-58 wt.% Northwood pulp board, 5-20 wt.% kapok fiber, 8-12 wt.% direct black red light 3BG dye, 8-10 wt.% aluminum sulfate, 8-12 wt.% industrial salt and 0.2-1 wt.% graphene as raw materials, weighing for backup, weighing EKB pulp board and Northwood pulp board, removing impurities, and carrying out dust cleaning treatment, and then soaking the treated pulp board with water, adding certain amount of water to the mixer, dipping pulp board, shredding and placing in a beater, placing kapok fiber in a beater, mixing and decomposing to obtain mixture, filtering out of water, transferring to a mixer, and adding water, controlling the concentration of the mixture at 2-3%, start the mixer to stir, adding the direct black-red light 3BG dye, aluminum sulfate, industrial salt and graphene, and mixing uniformly to obtain a slurry.
