NOVELTY - Manufacturing heat dissipation sheet, comprises mixing heat dissipation sheet main raw material containing conductor powder and additives in a bind composed of a mixture of liquid nitrile rubber-modified epoxy resin, liquid silicone-modified epoxy resin, and liquid monoepoxy resin; mixing polyamine, an accelerator, an antifoaming agent, and an amine adduct to form a mixed curing agent for curing the heat dissipation sheet composition; removing air bubbles generated in the heat dissipation sheet composition generating and defoaming the heat dissipation sheet; removing air bubbles through the heat dissipation sheet defoaming process, and uniformly mixing with liquid heat dissipation sheet composition by injecting into a mold capable of maintaining the desired thickness and area, and then curing to obtain heat dissipation sheet; and discharging the formed heat radiation sheet from the mold and drying it at room temperature. USE - The heat dissipation sheet is useful for LED lighting lamp, preferably factory lamps, street lamps, security lamps, and direct lighting lamps, and fluorescent lamps and incandescent lamps, and heat sink and printed circuit board. ADVANTAGE - The heat dissipation sheet has good elasticity due to which it absorbs the impact caused by the external pressure applied directly to the heat dissipation plate from the outside, and also so that the shape and thickness can be easily set in various ranges depending on the place of use; prevents a gap due to space closely attached between the heat sink and the printed circuit board, so that all the high heat generated by the LED is directly conducted to the conductive powder of the heat sink sheet, and it is evenly spread and transmitted to the heat sink configured outside the lighting lamp, and prevents the shock, and increases quality and safety while lowering the production cost of lighting lamps by applying to ordinary lighting lamps; and has a structure that allows the high heat generated from the inside to be quickly discharged to the outside.
