NOVELTY - An all-position welding high-strength high-protection alkaline flux-cored welding wire comprises 8-15 wt.% barium fluoride, 5-35 wt.% fluorite, 2-7 wt.% barium carbonate, 4-9 wt.% ferric oxide, 2-5 wt.% potassium fluorosilicate, 0.05-0.2 wt.% graphene, 0.2-0.7 wt.% zirconium, 0.5-1 wt.% chromium, 0.2-0.5 wt.% molybdenum, 10-14 wt.% aluminum-magnesium alloy, 4-8 wt.% metal manganese, 2-5 wt.% nickel, 1-6 wt.% ferrotitanium, 3-6 wt.% rare earth oxide, and balance FHY 100.25 reduced iron powder.
