▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing wear-resistant polyurethane trunk carpet comprises (1) taking the needled surface blanket, non-woven fabric and protective film, (2) taking polyester polyol, polyether polyol, chain extender, foaming agent, triethanolamine and foam stabilizer, and (3) mixing 3-allyl-5,5-dimethylhydantoin, vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and acetone, adding benzoin dimethyl ether, uniformly stirring in the dark to obtain an antibacterial dipping solution, transferring the carpet substrate to the antibacterial dipping solution for dipping, irradiating with ultraviolet light for 10-15 minutes, taking out, washing using ethanol and deionized water in sequence, and vacuum-drying to obtain a finished product. USE - The method is useful for preparing wear-resistant polyurethane trunk carpet i.e. multi-layer composite carpet, which is used for automobile interior trim. ADVANTAGE - The carpet has excellent antibacterial performance, surface hydrophobic performance and mechanical property, and excellent strength and wear-resistant performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing wear-resistant polyurethane trunk carpet comprises (1) taking the needled surface blanket, non-woven fabric and protective film, respectively placing in the flame-retardant dipping solution for 1-2 hours, taking out and vacuum-drying, obtaining pretreated needled surface blanket, pretreated non-woven fabric and pretreated protective film respectively, where the flame-retardant dipping solution is an acrylate copolymer emulsion containing mercapto, taking the pretreated needled surface blanket, polyethylene rubber sheet and pretreated non-woven fabric, stacking pretreated needled surface blanket, polyethylene rubber sheet and pretreated non-woven fabric in the order from top to bottom, and compounding to form a carpet sheet, (2) taking polyester polyol, polyether polyol, chain extender, foaming agent, triethanolamine and foam stabilizer, uniformly mixing at 30-40°C to obtain material A, taking diphenylmethane diisocyanate and toluene diisocyanate and mixing to obtain material B, mixing material A and material B and uniformly stirring to form a foaming material, adsorbing the carpet sheet into the foaming mold, injecting the foaming material for foaming, demolding, foaming the non-woven side of the carpet sheet to form a polyurethane foam layer, and then compounding pretreated protective film on the surface of the polyurethane foam layer to form a carpet substrate, and (3) mixing 3-allyl-5,5-dimethylhydantoin, vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and acetone, adding benzoin dimethyl ether, uniformly stirring in the dark to obtain an antibacterial dipping solution, transferring the carpet substrate to the antibacterial dipping solution for dipping, irradiating with ultraviolet light for 10-15 minutes, taking out, washing using ethanol and deionized water in sequence, and vacuum-drying to obtain a finished product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for wear-resistant polyurethane trunk carpet prepared by the above preparation method.
