NOVELTY - Manufacturing silver ion graphene comprises (i) dispersing graphene into penetrating agent, where penetrating agent is hydrophilic lipophilic non-ionic chelate; (ii) adding silver ion compound into mixture solution for further dispersion, dispersing silver ion compound solution uniformly on graphene, where graphene lattice completely contacts silver ion; (iii) exposing mixed material of silver ions to reaction kettle for ion penetration reaction; and (iv) drying generated silver ion graphene solution, determining whether factory parameters is met and packaging qualified product. USE - The silver ion graphene is useful as antibacterial material instead of pure silver and using anionic graphene as a signal transmission line or encapsulated in copper wire instead of using pure silver (all claimed).
