NOVELTY - Preparing nano-graphene oxide carrier, comprises modifying nano-oxide graphene surface via a hydrophilic polymer, pi - pi accumulation and hydrophobic-hydrophobic interactions, and loading a photosensitizer to obtain the product. USE - The nano-graphene oxide carrier is useful for photodynamic therapy. ADVANTAGE - The method has high photosensitizer loading rate, good curing effect; inhibits growth of cancer cells in the near-infrared light; and produces highly efficient load photosensitizer for treating shallow surface layer tumors and cancers.
