NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-thin two-dimensional nano material comprises e.g. (i) preparing standard buffer solution having desired pH value, stirring, and ultrasonic mixing to obtain colorless transparent solution, (ii) adding 0.05-2g/l graphene oxide in colorless transparent solution, and stirring evenly at room temperature to obtain brown transparent solution, (iii ) adding 0.002-0.2 mol/l metal salt in brown transparent solution, and stirring uniformly at room temperature to obtain brown-yellow transparent solution, (iv) heating at 40-90 degrees C, continuously stirring, and cooling to room temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparing ultra-thin two-dimensional nano material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing ultra-thin two-dimensional nano material comprises (i) preparing standard buffer solution having desired pH value, stirring, and ultrasonic mixing to obtain colorless transparent solution, (ii) adding 0.05-2g/l graphene oxide in colorless transparent solution, and stirring evenly at room temperature to obtain brown transparent solution, (iii) adding 0.002-0.2 mol/l metal salt in brown transparent solution, and stirring uniformly at room temperature to obtain brown-yellow transparent solution, (iv) heating at 40-90 degrees C, continuously stirring, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, washing, and obtaining brown/black precipitate, (v) transferring into a freeze drier, and drying for 24-48 hours to obtain the brown-yellow/black powder, (vi) placing into a muffle furnace under the air environment, calcining at 500-650 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain ultra-thin two dimensional nano material powder.
