▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A graphene flexible sensor includes a flexible substrate, a sensitive material that is attached to a surface of flexible substrate, and electrodes that are distributed at two ends of the sensitive material. The sensitive material is made of layer of crimped woven reticular graphene film. The woven reticular graphene film is woven from graphene fibers knitted alternately in warp and weft directions. The graphene fiber has a graphene nanosheet stacked structure in inside. USE - Graphene flexible sensor for use in human motion sensing application, health monitoring application, smart robot and human-computer interaction applications. ADVANTAGE - The graphene flexible sensor has high resistance strain sensitivity coefficient and high deformability. The graphene flexible sensor is prepared by a simple method at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing graphene flexible sensor, which involves loading woven mesh graphene film onto a flexible substrate as a sensitive material, and arranging electrodes on both ends of sensitive material to obtain graphene flexible sensor, where the loading process involves (i) transferring woven web graphene film to a surface of flexible substrate in a pre-stretched state, partially releasing stretch of flexible substrate such that the woven reticular graphene film is wrinkled to form a crimped woven reticular graphene film, (ii) transferring another braided net-like graphene film onto the surface of the wrinkled braided net-like graphene film, continuing partial release of the flexible substrate to cause wrinkles in the woven web-like graphene film.
