NOVELTY - A high-thermal conductive gel sheet comprises a silicone matrix and thermal conductive filler. The silicone matrix is vinyl-terminated silicone oil and hydrogen-terminated silicone oil. The thermal conductive filler is metal oxide and/or hydroxide and/or graphene. USE - High-thermal conductive gel sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-thermal conductive gel sheet has excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-thermal conductive gel sheet, which involves adding vinyl-terminated silicone oil, hydrogen-terminated silicone oil, metal oxide and/or hydroxide and/or graphene to an open mill or a mixer, mixing at room temperature for 1-3 hours, adding platinum catalyst, mixing at room temperature for 0.5-1 hour, discharging, hot-pressing the mixture or calendering, heating, and curing.
