NOVELTY - A cathode current collector comprises a hamburger layered structure comprising a substrate, a conductive metal layer comprising copper or nickel, a porous conductive layer and a composite adhesive layer. The substrate layer comprises a central conductive polymer, and is provided with upper and lower conductive metal layers. The outer surface of the conductive metal layer is provided with the porous conductive layer. The outer surface of the porous conductive layer is coated with the composite adhesive layer. The width of conductive metal layer is more than substrate layer. The conductive polymer has conductivity of 10-3-105 S/cm, porosity of 35-43%, surface density of 2-15 g/m2, tensile strength of 600-700 MPa, and elongation rate of more than 10%. The porous conductor comprises high molecular polymer and conductive agent. The composite adhesive comprises peptide nucleic acid, phenylpropanolamine, poly(methyl methacrylate), carboxymethyl cellulose, and styrene-butadiene rubber. USE - Current collector used for forming cathode of lithium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material reduces weight and volume of cathode and improves energy density of lithium-ion secondary battery. The cathode is safe and reliable for lithium-ion battery with ultra-high energy density, and has excellent conductivity, which solves the problem of lithium-ion precipitation and lithium deposition under high power of battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a cathode, which comprises multiple cathode pole pieces connected in parallel, comprising cathode current collector coated with cathode slurry coated on external surface of current collector. The cathode slurry comprises cathode material, conductive agent and binder. The cathode material comprises graphite. The conductive agent comprises a mixture of single-walled carbon nanotubes and graphene in mass ratio (2-3):(1-2). The adhesive comprises aqueous carboxymethyl cellulose and styrene-butadiene rubber, polyacrylic latex in mass ratio 1:2:2. The mass ratio of cathode material, conductive agent and adhesive is 98.3:0.7:1.0 %mass; and (2) lithium-ion battery.
