▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A carbon nanostructure aggregate comprises several carbon nanostructures, and exhibits upward convex shape in t-plot obtained from adsorption isotherm. The carbon nanostructure aggregate includes graphene nano tape which is flat cylinder shaped carbon nanostructure, in which adjoined or adhered inner walls have tape-shaped portion for covering full length. The average outer diameter of the graphene nano tape is 2-9 nm. USE - Carbon nanostructure aggregate e.g. fullerene and carbon nanotubes used for electronic device material, optical element material, and electroconductive material for forming molded article. ADVANTAGE - The carbon nanostructure aggregate has excellent electroconductivity, thermal conductivity and mechanical characteristics, and is manufactured with high productivity, and does not form a bundle easily. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of carbon nanostructure aggregate, which involves applying coating liquid (A) containing aluminum compound on base material, drying the coating liquid (A), forming an aluminum thin film on the base material, applying coating liquid (B) containing iron compound on the aluminum thin film, drying the coating liquid (B) at 50 degrees C or less, forming iron thin film on the aluminum thin film, obtaining catalyst base material, supplying mixed gas of source gas containing carbon and nitrogen gas to the catalyst base material, and growing several carbon nanostructure on the catalyst base material.
