DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A dual-core ruthenium compound and graphene oxide self-assembled film comprises dual-core ruthenium compound of formula (I). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of dual-core ruthenium compound and graphene oxide self-assembled film, which involves immersing clean substrate in 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane as silylation reagent and ethanol in volume ratio of 1:19 for 12 hours and forming substrate with amino group on its surface, rinsing substrate with deionized water, drying, then immersing in hydrochloric acid solution for 10 minutes to adjust pH to 3, drying the substrate, then immersing substrate in 1 mg/ml aqueous solution of graphene oxide for 15 minutes, and then immersing in 1 mM binuclear ruthenium complex in acetonitrile for 15 minutes.
