NOVELTY - Antibacterial, anti-mite and mildew-proof fabric, comprises 70-100 pts. wt. antibacterial, anti-mite and mildew-proof masterbatch, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant and 3-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide. The antibacterial, anti-mite and mildew-proof masterbatch is prepared from spiromethyl quaternary ammonium salt (I) and polypropylene resin. USE - Used as antibacterial, anti-mite and mildew-proof fabric. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial and anti-mite and mildew-proof fabric: can effectively prevent and control the resistant mites, lice and germs, and have broad-spectrum antibacterial properties against various germs; has excellent antibacterial, insecticide and anti-mite effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Antibacterial, anti-mite and mildew-proof fabric, comprises 70-100 pts. wt. antibacterial, anti-mite and mildew-proof masterbatch, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant and 3-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide. The antibacterial, anti-mite and mildew-proof masterbatch is prepared from spiromethyl quaternary ammonium salt i.e. 2-oxo-3-(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)-1-oxaspiro4.4non-3-en-4-yl 12-lambdal5-azanyldodecanoate chloride of formula (I) and polypropylene resin. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antibacterial, anti-mite and mildew-proof fabric, comprising (1) adding antibacterial, anti-mite and mildew-proof masterbatch into the screw injection molding machine, adding graphene oxide and antioxidant, uniformly mixing, melt spinning, and stretching under the action of hot air to obtain antibacterial, mite-resistant and mildew-proof fiber; (2) drawing the antibacterial and anti-mite and mildew-proof fibers by the drafting airflow, blowing to the drum, collecting on the flat plate, and forming into cloth by their own thermal bonding, and compacting under the action of pressure to obtain final product.
