▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing layered sulfonated graphene/titanium dioxide composite material comprises preparing sulfonated graphene by adding graphene oxide, sodium chloroethanesulfonate and sodium hydroxide in deionized water, stirring, subjecting to ultrasonic vibration, then adding concentrated nitric acid, filtering, washing, and drying, (ii) preparing layered titanium dioxide spheres by adding tetrabutyl titanate to mixed solution, and (iii) adding sulfonated graphene into deionized water, then adding 100 mg layered titanium dioxide sphere, placing in ultrasonic wave bath for 1-3 hours, and vacuum drying. USE - The composite material is useful for sewage treatment, absorbing metal ions, preferably copper ions in wastewater, and photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants in sewage (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and easy; and produces the composite material having good decontamination effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing layered sulfonated graphene/titanium dioxide composite material comprises preparing sulfonated graphene by adding 190-210 g graphene oxide, 2.8-3.2 g sodium chloroethanesulfonate and 1.5-1.7 g sodium hydroxide in 470-530 ml deionized water, stirring, subjecting to ultrasonic vibration for 2.5-4 hours, then adding 1.8-2.1 ml concentrated nitric acid, filtering, using ethanol to wash for 1-3 times, and drying for 2-4 days to obtain sulfonated graphene, (ii) preparing layered titanium dioxide spheres by adding 1-2 ml tetrabutyl titanate to mixed solution of 15-30 ml dimethylformamide and 15-30 ml isopropyl alcohol, stirring to dissolve, heating at 180-220 degrees C for 20-25 hours under sterile environment, naturally cooling, using ethanol for washing until the filter liquid is colorless, carrying out centrifugal separation, drying by airing at 60-75 degrees C, and finally calcining at 450-500 degrees C for 1.5-2.5 hours to obtain layered titanium dioxide spheres, and (iii) adding 0.5-5 mg sulfonated graphene into 100 ml deionized water, then adding 100 mg layered titanium dioxide sphere, placing in ultrasonic wave bath for 1-3 hours, and vacuum drying to obtain the composite material.
