▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Pulp powder is produced and mixed with graphite powder, graphene powder and/or fullerene powder in the weight ratio of 2:8-4:6 in distilled water, and agitated with water-soluble binder. The mixture is formed into a sheet shape using a scoop net, and carbon fiber is inserted. The mixture is poured again and dried to remove moisture. The product obtained after drying is hot-rolled to obtain graphite paper. The carbon fiber layer is located between the mixed layer of the pulp powder, graphite powder, and water-soluble binder. USE - Manufacture of graphite paper (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphite paper has excellent heat resistance, fire resistance, and reduced weight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Pulp powder is produced and mixed with graphite powder, graphene powder and/or fullerene powder in the weight ratio of 2:8-4:6 in distilled water, and agitated after adding water-soluble binder. The mixture is formed into a sheet shape using a scoop net and carbon fiber is inserted. The mixture is poured again and dried to remove moisture. The byproduct obtained after drying is hot-rolled to obtain graphite paper. The water-soluble binder is a mixture of emulsion starch latex or polyvinyl alcohol and vinyl acetate monomer. The polyvinyl alcohol is melted to form a protective colloid and the monomer extends the protective colloid. The vinyl acetate monomer is added and refluxed. The coating amount of the water-soluble binder is 250-300 g/m2. The carbon fiber layer is located between the mixed layer of the pulp powder, graphite powder, and water-soluble binder. The mixed layer is coated on both surfaces of the carbon fiber layer and three layers are formed. The hot-rolling is performed at 80-150 degrees C to reduce the water content to 3% or less.
