▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Wood-based antifriction and vibration reducing composite material comprises porous wood-based material and self-lubricating nano-materials sealed in the micro-hole of the porous wood-based material through solidified material. The self-lubricating two-dimensional nano-material is hexagonal boron nitride nano-sheets, graphene and their derivatives, nano-molybdenum disulfide or black-scale nano-sheets. The solidified material is an epoxy resin solidified material, including epoxy resin, curing agent and solvent. USE - Used as wood-based antifriction and vibration reducing composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare wood-based antifriction and vibration reducing composite material which has excellent anti-friction and vibration-reducing performance and mechanical property. It increases the self-lubricating performance of the wood-based composite material, and reduces the friction vibration exciting force suffered by the composite material.
