NOVELTY - An antistatic fabric is prepared from an antistatic polypropylene (I) and a conductive agent. The antistatic polypropylene is obtained by polymerizing polypropylene and antistatic molecules. USE - Antistatic fabric used for manufacturing rope, sack, filter cloth and net for electronics industry, medical health industry, gas station and mine applications. ADVANTAGE - The fabric is easy to absorb water in the air, thereby improving the anti-static performance of the fabric. The polar amino segment absorbs the surrounding water, and neutralizes the different charges on the surface of the material, thereby significantly improving the antistatic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An antistatic fabric is prepared from an antistatic polypropylene of formula (I) and a conductive agent. The antistatic polypropylene is obtained by polymerizing polypropylene and antistatic molecules. a = 3-10;andn = 100-500. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the antistatic fabric, which involves mixing antistatic polypropylene and conductive agent in a mass ratio of 100:(1-3), adding to a screw injection molding machine, heating and melt spinning to obtain antistatic polypropylene fibers, forming into yarns, drying and weaving.
