NOVELTY - Antistatic-wear-resistant sofa fabric comprises fabric layer and antistatic layer is arranged on the surface of the fabric layer, where fabric layer includes 40-60 pts.wt. flax fiber, 30-40 pts.wt. bamboo fiber, 80-100 pts.wt. antistatic modified polyester fiber and 50-80 pts.wt. spandex fiber, and the antistatic modified polyester is prepared by comprises (i) soaking polyester fiber in acetone solution for 30-40 minutes, repeatedly washing with deionized water, soaking the polyester fiber in sodium hydroxide solution at 50-60degrees Celsius, shaking for 10-20 minutes, taken out, washing repeatedly with deionized water and drying and (ii) adding pretreated polyester fiber into graphene oxide solution, heating, boiling, shaking for 20-30 minutes, drying, repeatedly washing with deionized water, where the graphene oxide solution is mixture of soluble starch, graphene oxide, ethanol, and deionized water in mass ratio 3-8:4-6:2-5:12-18. USE - Used as antistatic-wear-resistant sofa fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the antistatic-wear-resistant sofa fabric comprising (1) preparation of blank material includes weaving flax fiber, bamboo fiber, modified polyester fiber and spandex fiber to obtain blanks according to the corresponding ratio, (2) dyeing and finishing includes adding the woven blank material into the dyeing vat and carrying out dyeing, (3) softening and smoothing treatment includes adding softener and smoothing agent to the dyeing vat for 10-20 minutes, (4) antistatic treatment includes spraying the antistatic solution on the surface of the dyed blanks, and allowing for ventilation and drying to form an antistatic layer and (5) drying and setting includes drying the fabric after antistatic treatment at 80-100degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes to obtain the finished product.
