▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Substrate for a flexible photoelectric device comprises a flexible substrate and a conductive layer, where the conductive layer is a graphene film, and the flexible substrate is an inorganic luminous nano particles-doped ultraviolet (UV) photo-curable adhesive, which comprises e.g. a free radical type UV photo-curable adhesive and/or cationic UV photo-curable adhesive. USE - Used as a substrate for the flexible photoelectric device. ADVANTAGE - The substrate solves the problem of roughness of the graphene film; increases the binding force between the conductive layer and the flexible substrate; and has improved barrier capability against water and oxygen. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the substrate for the flexible photoelectric device, comprising (i) cleaning the rigid base plate, whose surface roughness is less than 1 nm (e.g. copper foil, iron foil or nickel foil), and blow drying using dry nitrogen, (ii) carrying out chemical vapor deposition at 700-1000 degrees C under normal or negative pressure to prepare the graphene film on the rigid substrate using a carbon source e.g. methane, ethane, propane, butane, methanol and/or ethanol, (iii) spin coating or spray coating the inorganic luminous nano particles-doped ultraviolet photo-curable adhesive on the graphene film, (iv) carrying out UV light curing process to the rigid base plate surface for 30 seconds, (v) peeling off the rigid base plate surface, and forming the flexible conductive substrate, (iv) testing the transmittance, electrical conductivity of the flexible conductive base plate, and each parameter of the surface appearance.
