NOVELTY - A biomimetic laminated structure graphene-carbon quantum dot thermal conductive film comprises a graphene sheet and carbon quantum dots, which form a shell-like brick-mud laminate structure. The graphene sheet is a matrix brick. The carbon quantum dots are uniformly dispersed between the graphene sheets, and used as a binder mud which connects the graphene sheets. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of biomimetic laminated structure graphene-carbon quantum dot thermal conductive film, which involves mixing graphene oxide aqueous dispersion and carbon quantum dot solution, stirring, evaporating, forming a film, annealing the film, and reducing at a high temperature.
