NOVELTY - Preparing a UV-resistant thermal insulation film material by blending modification involves preparing chitosan-inorganic salt-graphene oxide hybrid solution by dissolving 1-2 pts. wt. chitosan in 2-4 pts. wt. glacial acetic acid, adding 90-100 pts. wt. distilled water, and stirring at 35-40 degrees C for 1-2 hours, adding 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. magnesium chloride and 2-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide solution, and stirring thoroughly to obtain a hybrid solution. The 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. nano-indium tin oxide is mixed with anhydrous ethanol 1:10, dispersed ultrasonically for 1-2 hours, and magnetically stirred for 1-2 hours. After adding 0.015-0.025 pts. wt. titanate coupling agent and condensing and modifying in an oil bath at 80-85 degrees C for 30-60min, rotary evaporation is performed at 70-75 degrees C, vacuum drying, ethyl acetate is added at 1:10, and ultrasonic dispersion is performed for 2-3 hours to obtain nano-indium tin oxide slurry. USE - Method for preparing a UV-resistant thermal insulation film material by blending modification. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - After dispersing 2-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent modified nanoparticles for 10-20 minutes by ultrasonic dispersion, 100-200 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate pellets, 1-2 pts. wt. KH550 modified ferric oxide, and the materials are added and mixed well. After reacting in an oil bath at 60-80 degrees C under nitrogen protection for 1-2 hours, the solution is formed into a film by a casting method.
