NOVELTY - Kit comprises graphene oxide, double strand DNA substrate in which a single strand DNA tail capable of adhering with graphene oxide is included at first terminal, luminescent probe material is marked which darkens when getting close to the graphene oxide at a second terminal, and enzyme cut portion is included between the first terminal and the second terminal. USE - The kit is useful for analyzing DNA cut enzyme and methyl transferase activity, and inhibitor of methyl transferase enzyme (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The kit analyzes DNA cut enzyme and methyl transferase activity rapidly and correctly, and can be widely utilized for a time-efficient parallel analysis.
