▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Purification device comprises a reactor (6) and a concentrated sulfuric acid solution storage bottle (1). The reactor is provided with water/hydrogen peroxide storage bottle (2) connected through a conveying pipe. The conveying pipe is provided with three-way valve (4). The concentrated sulfuric acid solution storage bottle is connected to the three-way valve through the first conveying branch pipe. The water/hydrogen peroxide storage bottle is connected to the three-way valve through the second delivery branch pipe. The reactor is connected to the three-way valve through the first transfer pipe. The first conveying pipe is provided with a first peristaltic pump (5). The reactor is provided with ultrasonic plate disposed at the bottom and first lifting platform at bottom. The first lifting platform is respectively provided with a hole for connecting the feeder and reactor and the reactor communicates through passage located in the stirring paddle and discharge pipe. USE - The purification device is useful for preparing graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The purification device improves the preparation and purification efficiency of graphene oxide; and achieves recovery and continuous utilization of concentrated sulfuric acid solution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene oxide by purification device comprising (i) adding concentrated sulfuric acid solution into the concentrated sulfuric acid solution storage bottle, the water/hydrogen peroxide water into the water/hydrogen peroxide storage bottle and the graphite into the reactor, opening and adjusting the three-way valve to connect the concentrated sulfuric acid solution reservoir to the reactor and starting the first peristaltic pump, mixing concentrated sulfuric acid solution into the reactor, adding oxidant potassium permanganate to the reactor through the feeder for oxidation reaction, and then opening the stirring paddle and the ultrasonic plate and starting the first peristaltic pump continuously, introducing air into the reactor to promote the progress of the oxidation reaction; (ii) closing the stirring paddle and the ultrasonic plate after the oxidation reaction and layering oxidation reaction system to obtain an upper reaction acid solution and a lower layer of graphene oxide liquid; (iii) opening and adjusting the three-way valve to connect the concentrated sulfuric acid solution storage bottle and the reactor , and reversely starting the first peristaltic pump to sequentially obtain the upper reaction acid liquid, passing through the first conveying pipe and the first conveying branch pipe into the concentrated sulfuric acid solution storage bottle to obtain a concentrated sulfuric acid recovery liquid; (iv) opening and adjusting the three-way valve to connect the water/hydrogen peroxide storage bottle to the reactor and starting the first peristaltic pump so that the water/hydrogen peroxide enters the reactorand opens, agitating paddle and the ultrasonic plate, stripping the lower layer of graphene oxide to obtain a stripped graphene oxide solution; (v) starting second peristaltic pump so that the stripped graphene oxide liquid obtained in the fourth step enters the second conveying pipe through the discharging pipe and then enters the filtering of the filter and purification in column to obtain purified graphene oxide liquid; and (vi) starting third peristaltic pump and the purified graphene oxide liquid, passing through the third transfer tube into the graphene oxide storage bottle.
