NOVELTY - Preparation of breathable blended fabric involves (S1) blending modified bamboo fiber, cotton fiber and viscose fiber to obtain blended yarn, (S2) dividing the blended yarn into warps and weft, sizing the warp in a manner of parallel unwinding by sizing machine, drying at 70-85℃ to obtain sash, immersing the sash into 10-20 g/L sodium hydroxide solution, stacking at 60-80 ℃ for 6-12 hours, and washing and drying to obtain warp to be woven, and (S3) weaving the warps and wefts to be woven according to the structure of weft-knitted single-side twill weave, and performing scouring, bleaching, dyeing, printing and finishing. The blending process includes blowing, carding, drawing, roving, spun yarn and winding. USE - Preparation of breathable blended fabric. ADVANTAGE - The bamboo fibers have excellent breathability, and improve the softness and hygroscopicity of the fabric by adding cotton fibers and viscose fibers for blending. The alkali treatment can generate corrosion effect on surface of bamboo fiber, uneven pits are generated on surface of the bamboo fiber, increase and improve the air permeability after blending. The hygroscopicity of blended fabric improves by graphene and dopamine, and improves air permeability of fabric by the improvement of hygroscopicity.
