▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite nylon powder coating comprises 75-85% nylon powder, 5-9% polytetrafluoroethylene, 4-8% carbon black powder, 4-8% molybdenum disulfide powder, and 1-3% dispersant, which is coated on the surface of the planetary gear shaft and formed by hot melt curing. USE - The composite nylon powder coating is useful for planetary gear shaft on the surface of the planetary gear pin shaft in automobile differential or gearbox (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite nylon powder coating can efficiently enhance the hardness of the coating after film formation, can increase the wear resistance and self-lubricating performance of the coating, and improve the service life and running stability of the planetary gear shaft. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a method for preparing composite nylon powder coating for planetary gear shafts comprising (1) adding nylon powder, polytetrafluoroethylene powder, carbon black powder, and molybdenum disulfide powder into a drying oven, and drying at 80℃ for 2 hours, (2) stirring and mixing the above powders with a dry powder mixer, where the order of addition is polytetrafluoroethylene powder, carbon black powder, nylon powder, and molybdenum disulfide powder, (3) spraying the dispersant and dispersing on the surface of the mixed powder and mixing evenly to obtain a composite nylon powder coating; and a use method of composite nylon coating for planetary gear shaft on the surface of planetary gear pin shaft of automobile differential or gearbox, comprising (1) uniformly spraying the composite nylon powder coating on the surface of the pin shaft of the planetary wheel by electrostatic spraying, and (2) heating the surface of the pin shaft of the planetary wheel, where the heating temperature is controlled at 200-230 °C, and the melting time is controlled at 15-20 minutes, melting the nylon composite coating on the surface on the surface of the planetary gear shaft to obtain a layer of composite nylon coating.
