NOVELTY - Preparing nano enzyme reactor using selective fixing method involves taking esterified graphene oxide and is dispersed in con solution and then is incubated at room temperature for 1-1.5 hour. After separation and cleaning, to obtain the graphene oxide-con solution, where graphene oxide esterified and con in quality ratio of (4-5):( 6-7). The graphene oxide-concanavalin is dispersed in CPO solution to obtain a reaction system. The reaction system to adjust the pH value of 2-6. The graphene oxide-con and chlorine peroxide enzyme in mass ratio of (3-5):1. USE - Method for preparing nano enzyme reactor using selective fixing method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare nano enzyme reactor using selective fixing method is effectively improves production efficiency and industrial degradation can simplify processing steps in shorten time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nano enzyme reactor using selective fixing method involves taking esterified graphene oxide and is dispersed in con solution and then is incubated at room temperature for 1-1.5 hour. After separation and cleaning, to obtain the graphene oxide-con solution, where graphene oxide esterified and con in quality ratio of (4-5):( 6-7). The graphene oxide-concanavalin is dispersed in CPO solution to obtain a reaction system. The reaction system to adjust the pH value of 2-6. The graphene oxide-con and chlorine peroxide enzyme in mass ratio of (3-5):1. The reaction system oscillation is fixed to the CPO graphene oxide-on the concanavalin. After separation and washing, to obtain nano enzyme reactor. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for esterifying graphene oxide, which involves: (A) using 2-morpholino-ethanesulfonic acid buffer and is added to molar ratio of 5:1, 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride and N- hydroxysuccinimide imide sodium salt and then is added to solution of graphene oxide to obtain mixture, where N-hydroxysuccinimide sodium salt and graphene oxide is mixed in mass ratio of (80-100):(40-50); (B) obtaining mixture is stirred uniformly after centrifugation, to obtain suspension; (C) obtaining suspension and finally removing excess N-hydroxysuccinimide sodium salt and 1-ethyl - (3-dimethylaminopropyl ) carbodiimide hydrochloride, to obtain esterified graphene oxide; and (D) a method for preparing nano enzyme reactor using selective fixing method, which involves using 2-morpholino acetic acid buffer pH 6.0, where molar concentration is 0.1mmol/L-1, and each 100-130 mu L of 2-morpholino-ethanesulfonic acid buffer and N-hydroxysuccinimide sodium salt of 80-100ug are added; (E) using graphene oxide concentration of the solution of 1mg/mL; (F) obtaining mixture is stirred at room temperature for 30-40 minutes; and (G) a method for catalyzing and degrading organic dye in nano enzyme reactor, which involves using phosphate buffer solution and is added to the organic dye solution, nano enzyme reactor and hydrogen peroxide solution in molar ratio of 200mmol:(1-2) mu mol:(250-300)mmol to obtain final product.
