▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-containing polyolefin semi-conductive shielding material contains 83-90 mass% ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), 3-10 mass% graphene powder, 3-6 mass% mineral oil, 0.5-1 mass% antioxidant, and 0.3-0.6 mass% zinc stearate. USE - Graphene-containing polyolefin semi-conductive shielding material for cable (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Graphene-containing polyolefin semi-conductive shielding material has reduced volume resistivity, improved electric cable shield homogenizing effect, and improved electrical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-containing polyolefin semi-conductive shielding material which involves mixing 83-90 mass% ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), 3-10 mass% graphene powder, 3-6 mass% mineral oil, 0.5-1 mass% antioxidant, and 0.3-0.6 mass% zinc stearate at 150-200 rpm for 1-2 minutes to obtain mixture, performing 1st plasticizing at 180-220 rpm in which 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th zone temperatures are 85-90 degrees C, 105-110 degrees C, 115-125 degrees C, 100-105 degrees C, and 90-95 degrees C respectively, performing 2nd plasticizing at 120-150 rpm to obtain plasticized material in which 1st zone temperature is 85-90 degrees C, area temperature is 85-90 degrees C, and head temperature is 105-110 degrees C, granulating plasticized material at 105-115 degrees C with pressure of 5-7 MPa to obtain cylindrical particles with diameter of 3.5 mm and height of 3 mm, cooling at room temperature using purified water, dehydrating cylindrical particles at 1080-1200 rpm for 15-25 minutes, and drying dehydrated product in fluidized bed at 45-50 degrees C.
