NOVELTY - The device has a feeding pipe sleeved on a top portion of a round frame (2). An upper grinding plate (4) and an upper grinding plate are fixedly connected with an outer wall of the feeding pipe and an inner cavity of the round frame. A lower grinding plate (5) is movably arranged on an inner side of a circular frame. A top plate (6) is fixedly arranged at a bottom portion of the lower grinding plate. A sealing mechanism is installed on a top grinding plate. USE - Graphene modified degradable material processing equipment. ADVANTAGE - The baffle plate deflects and blocks the bottom of the feeding pipe to facilitate subsequent elastic ball vibrating and flicking, which avoids making the raw material enter into the feeding tube. When the lower grinding plate moves downwards to realize driving the bottom plate sleeved on the outer wall of the mounting frame, so that the subsequent rubber ball vibration will not float to the top of mounting frame and top part plate. The bottom plate is sleeved with two discharging pipes which are symmetrically arranged, the bottom surface of the two baffles is provided with an inclined plate, two of the inclined plate is fixedly connected with the inner cavity of the feed pipe, and the bottom portion of the storage frame is fixed with an opening matched with mounting frame.
