▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Temperature and corrosion-resistant inert coating comprises first component including 30-50 pts. wt. ethane-1,1-bis(4-phenylcyanate), 10-25 pts. wt. bisphenol S diglycidyl ether, 5-20 pts. wt. polyalkylaryl silicone resin, 1-3 pts. wt. surface-modified graphene oxide nanosheets, 10-15 pts. wt. glass flakes, 8-10 pts. wt. silicon carbide powder, 1-2.5 pts. wt. fluorosilane coupling agent, 4-5 pts. wt. 1,4-butylene oxide, and second component uses phenolic aldehyde amine as curing agent. The weight ratio first component and the second component is 100:(2-6). USE - The coating is useful in protection of high temperature and heavy corrosion production device in industrial field. ADVANTAGE - The coating has characteristics of strong corrosion resistance and heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the inert coating, comprising preparing the first component and the second component into coating, spraying on the surface of the metal substrate, and curing by heating at a gradient of 90-250 degrees C.
