▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene heat-insulating and heat-resistant paint comprises (1) processing the graphene oxide, castor oil, polyurethane acrylate, nano-silicon dioxide and nano-titanium dioxide with ball mill into composite powder, and storing at room temperature; (2) adding dispersant B to composite powder obtained in step (1) for ultrasonic dispersion, mixing deionized water, stirring by mixer to obtain thermal insulation filler slurry; (3) adding epoxy resin, ethanolamine and deionized water into stirrer, stirring and mixing to obtain emulsion; (4) mixing obtained emulsion with nano-silicon dioxide and acrylic acid, placing it at temperature of 300-400°C for calcination, taking it out and cooling it to room temperature, grinding after crushing, mixing it with the insulating filler slurry, adding dispersant A, and mixing emulsion with ultrasonic dispersion to obtain milk base material; and (5) adding antifoaming agent, thickening agent, and cosolvent to milk base material, and stirring. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene heat-insulating and heat-resistant paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: has good thermal conductivity, good UV shielding effect, significantly reduced degradation rate and improved anti-aging properties, and excellent anti-seepage effect when facing the external moisture or oxygen; and can achieves heat insulation effect, reduces the temperature loss of the internal environment of paint layer, and can further delays the external environment damage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene heat-insulating and heat-resistant paint comprises (1) processing the graphene oxide, castor oil, polyurethane acrylate, nano-silicon dioxide and nano-titanium dioxide with ball mill into composite powder with fineness of 50-70 μm, and storing at room temperature; (2) adding dispersant B to composite powder obtained in step (1) for ultrasonic dispersion for 15-19 minutes, mixing 60% deionized water, stirring for 25-45 minutes at speed of 800-1200 revolutions/minute by mixer to obtain thermal insulation filler slurry; (3) adding the epoxy resin, ethanolamine and 40% deionized water into stirrer, stirring and mixing at speed of 800-950 revolutions/minute for 10 minutes to obtain an emulsion; (4) mixing the obtained emulsion with nano-silicon dioxide and acrylic acid, placing it at temperature of 300-400°C for calcination for 8-20 minutes, taking it out and cooling it to room temperature, grinding after crushing, mixing it with the insulating filler slurry, adding dispersant A, and mixing emulsion with ultrasonic dispersion to obtain milk base material; and (5) adding antifoaming agent, thickening agent, and cosolvent to milk base material, stirring at at 50-75°C under speed of 800-1000 revolutions/minute for 50-60 minutes, cooling to room temperature, adding mildew preventive and anti-rust agent, stirring at speed of 300-500 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes. The paint comprises 8-12 pts. wt. graphite oxide, 5-12 pts. wt. dispersant A, 5-8 pts. wt. dispersant B, 140-280 pts. wt. secondary deionized water, 8-12 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 8-12 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.1-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1-5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 8-15 pts. wt. cosolvent, 1-2 pts. wt. ethanolamine, 3-10 pts. wt. castor oil, 3-5 pts. wt. polyurethane acrylate, 2-6 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide and 2-4 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide.
