▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Silver-doped gold nanocluster catalyst (I), is new. USE - The catalyst is useful for converting carbon dioxide. ADVANTAGE - The nanoclusters have a structure composed of specific number of atoms and ligands, have excellent activity for the conversion reaction of carbon dioxide, has excellent stability compared to conventional gold-based catalysts, are inexpensive and has excellent uniformity, is very useful as a catalyst for the conversion of carbon dioxide. The method is a simple process under mild conditions and can be very economical for industrial production. The gas diffusion electrode including the silver-doped gold nanoclusters of the present invention can exhibit excellent performance in converting carbon dioxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Silver-doped gold nanocluster catalyst of formula (AuAg 12Au 12(SR) 18) (I), in the formula, SR is 1-20C alkylthiol, 3-20C alkenylthiol, 3-20C alkynylthiol, 6-20C allylthiol, 3-20C cycloalkylthiol, 5-20C heteroallylthiol, 3-20C heterocycloalkylthiol or 6-20C arylalkylthiol, is new. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: gas diffusion electrode for carbon dioxide conversion, comprising porous support and silver-doped gold nanocluster catalyst fixed to the pores of the porous support; producing a silver-doped gold nanocluster catalyst (I) for carbon dioxide conversion; and method for converting carbon dioxide comprising reducing carbon dioxide from an aqueous solution containing carbon dioxide using the gas diffusion electrode for converting carbon dioxide.
