▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing black phosphorene/graphene oxide composite water-based lubricating additive, comprises (1) adding black phosphorene powder to N-methylpyrrolidone, performing ultrasonic treatment in an ice-water bath, and then drying the precipitate to obtain black phosphorene nanosheets, and ultrasonically dispersing the black phosphorene nanosheets into the aqueous solution through hydroxylation treatment to obtain black phosphorus alkene water-based dispersion; and (2) adding the graphene oxide dispersion to the black phosphorene water-based dispersion and mixing, then adding sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate and polyethylene glycol for functional synthesis, ultrasonically dispersing the synthesized product into deionized water to obtain black phosphorene/graphene oxide composite water-based lubricant additive. USE - The lubricating additive is useful in metal cutting fluid for titanium alloy cutting (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lubricating additive: can replace the traditional oil lubricating additive, effectively reduce the friction coefficient of the lubricant, and improve the wear resistance of the metal; and is energy-saving and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a black phosphorene/graphene oxide composite water-based lubricating additive.
