▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene is fixed to surface of a single crystal insulated substrate having anisotropy along one direction. Protein including core particles is arranged on graphene at equal intervals by making the protein as pitch. The protein is removed, and core particles are arranged on graphene. The graphene is cut along anisotropic direction, and single crystal insulated substrate having graphene ribbon is manufactured. USE - Manufacture of single crystal insulated substrate having graphene ribbon (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The single crystal insulated substrate having excellent chemical stability and insulation property is efficiently and quickly manufactured. The graphene ribbon of controlled width is easily and quickly formed on surface of the substrate. The aggregation of core particle is prevented.
