▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene/titanium nitride-silver composite material comprises a two-dimensional structure array template formed on a silicon wafer using polylactic acid microspheres arranged and titanium nitride-silver layers and graphene layers are alternately deposited on the template. The deposition thickness of the titanium nitride-silver layer and the graphene layer are 50-100 nm and 2-10 nm. USE - Used as graphene/titanium nitride-silver composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/titanium nitride-silver composite material: achieves Raman enhancement at multiple excitation wavelengths; overcomes the dependence of the substrate on the excitation light source to a certain extent; and broadens the application range of its Raman analysis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene/titanium nitride-silver composite material. The method utilizes silicon wafer, sodium dodecyl sulfate, ethanol solution, water, titanium nitride, absolute ethanol, polyvinylpyrrolidone and argon gas.
