▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing electrochemical sensor comprises (i) mixing the graphene oxide aqueous solution and the chloroauric acid aqueous solution, and electroplating on the indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode to obtain the ITO electrode A; (ii) dropping the MPA solution on the ITO electrode A and incubating to obtain the ITO electrode B; (iii) dropping the 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide/N-hydroxysuccinimide solution on the electrode B and incubating to obtain an ITO electrode C; (iv) dropping the Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell antibody solution on the electrode C and incubating to obtain the ITO electrode D; and (v) dropping the bovine serum albumin solution on the electrode D and incubating. USE - The sensor is useful as quantitative detection Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is fast and accurate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for electrochemical sensor prepared by the above mentioned method.
