NOVELTY - Flame-retardant cement-based permeable crystallization water-proof coating comprises 40-60 wt.% Portland cement, 20-30 wt.% quartz sand, 5-10 wt.% phosphoric acid modified steel slag powder, 1-2 wt.% graphene modified sodium silicate, 2.5-5 wt.% desulfurization ash-slaked lime mixture, 1-5 wt.% bentonite-citric acid-isobutyl triethoxysilane mixture, 5-10 wt.% vinyl acetate-vinyl acetate ethylene rubber powder mixture and 0.5-1.5 wt.% ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid-tartaric acid-silicone oil mixture. USE - Used as flame-retardant cement-based permeable crystallization water-proof coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent flame-retardant performance and low price; and solves the problems that steel slag and semi-dry desulfurization ash are difficult to use and have low added value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing flame-retardant cement-based permeable crystallization water-proof coating; and (2) core masterbatch for flame-retardant cement-based permeable crystallization water-proof coating comprising bentonite-citric acid-isobutyltriethoxysilane mixture in a mass ratio of 100:30-40:5-10.
