NOVELTY - Composite structure flexible current collector comprises flexible non-conductive substrates, conductive metal layers and conductive carbon coatings. The flexible non-conductive substrate comprises polyethylene terephthalate, polyphenylene sulfide, Polyether ether ketone(Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic), polypropylene, polyethylene, polyimide, o-phenylphenol, polyvinyl chloride, polymethyl methacrylate, polyvinylidene fluoride, polyacrylonitrile, polyacrylic acid, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethyleneimine, polyamide, polyphenylsulfone, polysulfone, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or polystyrene. The thickness of the flexible non-conductive substrate is 5-40µm. The conductive carbon coating comprises 0.1-40 pts. wt. polymer agglomerant, 0.01-40 pts. wt. conductive polymer, 20-80 pts. wt. conductive powder, 0.01-10 pts. wt. cross-linking components, 10-80 pts. wt. solvent and 0.1-10 pts. wt. leveling agent. The thickness of conductive carbon coating is 10-5000 nm. USE - The composite structure flexible current collector is useful for lithium ion battery, solid-state battery, super capacitor and lithium-sulfur battery. ADVANTAGE - The composite structure flexible current collector: is economical and suitable for mass production in large scale; and has better adhesive force and more excellent electrochemical performance.
