ADVANTAGE - The composite positive electrode material can improve the cycle life of the lithium ion capacitor, rate performance and safety performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following : (1) a lithium-ion capacitor; and (2) preparation of the lithium-ion capacitor.
