▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A brake pad comprises a friction layer, an adhesive layer, and a steel back. The adhesive layer includes 50-60 pts. wt. modified polyester imine resin, 10-15 pts. wt. modified graphene, 12-16 pts. wt. modified antioxidant, and 8-12 pts. wt. silicon carbide. The preparation process of the brake pad involves: (1) drying modified graphene and silicon carbide in a drying box at 80-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours, then mixing and grinding for 1 hour, sieving to obtain a solid mixture, adding to modified polyester imine resin and antioxidant, stirring, and mixing at 300-350 degrees C for 3-4 hours to obtain the adhesive layer; and (2) heating hot press at 280-300 degrees C, adding friction layer to the cavity of the hot press under 280-500 kgf/cm2, leveling, adding the adhesive layer to the cavity of the hot press, leveling, then adding the steel back on the adhesive layer, maintaining the pressure for 4-10 minutes to obtain semi-finished brake pad, curing, and cooling. USE - Brake pad. ADVANTAGE - The brake pad has excellent thermal stability, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A brake pad comprises a friction layer, an adhesive layer, and a steel back. The adhesive layer includes pts. wt. 50-60 modified polyester imine resin, 10-15 pts. wt. modified graphene, 12-16 pts. wt. modified antioxidant, and 8-12 pts. wt. silicon carbide. The preparation process of the brake pad involves: (1) drying modified graphene and silicon carbide in a mass ratio of (10-15):(8-12) in a drying box at 80-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours, then mixing and grinding for 1 hour, sieving to obtain a solid mixture, adding to modified polyester imine resin and antioxidant, stirring, and mixing at 300-350 degrees C for 3-4 hours to obtain the adhesive layer; and (2) heating hot press at 280-300 degrees C, adding friction layer to the cavity of the hot press under 280-500 kgf/cm2, leveling, adding the adhesive layer to the cavity of the hot press, leveling, then adding the steel back on the adhesive layer, maintaining the pressure for 4-10 minutes to obtain semi-finished brake pad, curing in a curing oven at 220-260 degrees C for 2-3 hours, and cooling to room temperature. The mass ratio of solid mixture, modified polyester imine resin and antioxidant is (18-27):(50-60):(12-16). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the brake pad.
