NOVELTY - High-performance thermoplastic elastomer cable insulation material comprises 100 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene (MAH-g-SEBS), 40-50 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (MAH-g-PP), 5-15 pts. wt. sulfonated polybenzimidazole-silicone copolymer, 10-20 pts. wt. polypyrrolone modified graphene oxide, 1-10 pts. wt. 2,2'-bis(4-carboxy-phenoxy)biphenyl-4,4'-diamine and 1-10 pts. wt. 2,2'-bis(4-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)phenoxy)benzidine. USE - Used as high-performance thermoplastic elastomer cable insulation material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of high-performance thermoplastic elastomer cable insulation material comprising (i) mixing 100 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene (MAH-g-SEBS), 40-50 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (MAH-g-PP), 5-15 pts. wt. sulfonated polybenzimidazole-silicone copolymer, 10-20 pts. wt. polypyrrolone modified graphene oxide, 1-10 pts. wt. 2,2'-bis(4-carboxy-phenoxy)biphenyl-4,4'-diamine and 1-10 pts. wt. 2,2'-bis(4-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)phenoxy)benzidine in twin-screw extruder and granulating, and (ii) subjecting resulting product into vacuum injection into a mold at 170-200 degrees C under vacuum conditions, maintaining the temperature for 0.5-20 hours, and then cooling and solidifying to obtain final product, where twin-screw extruder temperature of each feed port is 180-200 degrees C, 185-205 degrees C, 185-205 degrees C, 185-205 degrees C, 185-205 degrees C and 185-205 degrees C; the head temperature is 185-200 degrees C.
