▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Anti-adhesion hemostatic hydrogel comprises 1-20 wt% component A, 10-30 wt% component B, 0.1-5 wt% enzyme cross-linking agent and remainder of water, where component A is alanyl glutamine, D-glutamine, DL-glutamine, BOC-L one or more combinations of L-glutamine, carbobenzyloxy-L-glutamine (N-CBZ-L-glutamine), anisaldehyde, aldehyde-polyethylene glycol-aldehyde (CHO-PEG-CHO), cinnamaldehyde, vanillin, cyclodextrin aldehyde or plutonic block copolymer and component B is one or more combinations of aminated graphene, aminated gelatin, aminated polysaccharide or aminated chitin. USE - The hydrogel is useful for preparing product for providing hemostatic effect (claimed) for promoting wound healing. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel does not cause adhesion or inflammatory reaction, has rapid hemostatic effect, viscoelasticity and fluidity and can withstand the blood pressure from the blood vessels inside the wound and the pressure from external auxiliary hemostasis of the wound. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: method for preparing the hydrogel involves dissolving the component (C1) in water to obtain solution (S1), dissolving the component (C2) and enzyme cross-linking agent in water to obtain a solution (S2) and uniformly mixing the solution (S1) with solution (S2) for a cross-linking reaction to obtain the hydrogel; and ystem comprises a syringe (R1) and a syringe (R2), where the syringe (R1) comprises the solution (S1) and the syringe (R2) comprises the solution (S2).
