NOVELTY - Self-crosslinking thiophene-based graphene dispersant, comprises DSiTP i.e. 9-(thiophen-2-ylmethyl)-5,13-dioxa-9-aza-1,17-disilaheptadecan-1,1,1,7,11,17,17,17-octol (I). USE - The self-crosslinking thiophene-based graphene dispersant is useful for preparing nano-carbon material dispersion liquid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The self-crosslinking thiophene-based graphene dispersant has a simple preparation process, high dispersion efficiency, and utilizes nano-carbon material dispersion liquid which can be stored for a long time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Self-crosslinking thiophene-based graphene dispersant, comprises DSiTP i.e. 9-(thiophen-2-ylmethyl)-5,13-dioxa-9-aza-1,17-disilaheptadecan-1,1,1,7,11,17,17,17-octol of formula (I). INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Preparing self-crosslinking thiophene-based graphene dispersant, comprising (i) taking a certain amount of thiophene-2-methylamine and 3-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane in methanol reagent, stirring and reacting for a period of time under a nitrogen atmosphere and a certain temperature, after reacting, evaporating to remove methanol to obtain dispersant precursor, and (ii) taking a certain amount of dispersant precursor, adding to a certain concentration of formic acid aqueous solution, stirring and reacting for a certain time under a nitrogen atmosphere and a certain temperature to obtain final product; and Preparing nano-carbon material dispersion liquid, comprising taking a certain mass of nano-carbon material powder, adding self-crosslinking thiophene-based graphene dispersant, and deionized water, ultrasonicating in a water bath, and then ultrasonically dispersing by ultrasonic cell crusher to obtain final product.
