▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A thermoplastic molding composition comprises thermoplastic polyurethane polymer(s) prepared by reacting one or more aliphatic diisocyanates having a molecular weight of 140-170 g/mol and one or more aliphatic diols having a molecular weight of 62-120 g/mol, in a molar ratio of 1:0.95 to 0.95:1, and inorganic filler(s) chosen from graphite, boron nitride, aluminum oxide, aluminosilicate, zinc oxide, carbon nanotubes, graphene, carbon fibers, aluminum nitride and metal fibers. The thermoplastic polyurethane polymer comprises 95 wt.% or more aliphatic diisocyanate and aliphatic diol in total. The thermoplastic polyurethane polymer has a ratio of centrifuge average molecular weight with respect to weight average molecular weight of 2.3-6, each determined by gel permeation chromatography in hexafluoroisopropanol against polymethylmethacrylate as a standard. USE - Thermoplastic composition is used for forming molded product (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to film, fibers, sheet, foil and three-dimensional printed component. ADVANTAGE - The thermoplastic composition provides molded product having improved thermal conductivity and electroconductivity, and good mechanical property including flexural modulus. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view explaining the two-stage continuous production of the thermoplastic polyurethane polymer in loop reactor and extruder. 1Hexamethylene diisocyanate receiver 12Pressure-retaining valve 13Three-way valve 15Microannular gear pump 18Extruder
