NOVELTY - Composite polymeric ferrous sulfate flocculant having high adsorption property, comprises 1-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 25-30 pts. wt. ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, 1-2 pts. wt. magnesium sulfate, proper amount of sulfuric acid waste liquid, 2-3 pts. wt. Thiobacillus ferrooxidans, 4-6 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide, 2-3 pts. wt. bentonite, 3-5 silver nitrate, 3-5 pts. wt. polyacrylamide VN835, 15-25 pts. wt. attapulgite, 25-35 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, and 25-30 pts. wt. water. The mass fraction of the sulfuric acid waste liquid is not less than 60%. USE - Composite polymeric ferrous sulfate flocculant having high adsorption property. ADVANTAGE - The composite polymeric ferrous sulfate flocculant having high adsorption property has enhanced flocculating performance, large specific surface area, and loose and pore rich structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite polymeric ferrous sulfate flocculant having high adsorption property, which involves: (A) dissolving ferrous sulfate heptahydrate in water, adding proper amount of sulfuric acid waste liquid, adjusting pH value to 1-2, adding hydrogen peroxide and Thiobacillus ferrooxidans, culturing at 18-24 degrees C under aerobic condition for 2-3 days, cooling, curing for a certain time, and filtering to obtain the poly ferric sulfate; (B) processing attapulgite for 40-80 minutes at 300-700 degrees C, cooling, soaking in sulfuric acid waste liquid for 1-2hours, filtering, washing with water, grinding, sieving by 150-250 mesh sieve, drying, adding into the ethylene glycol solution, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain suspension, adding silver nitrate, polyacrylamide VN835, and graphene oxide, soaking for 2-5hours, centrifuging, washing, and drying under vacuum at 25-55 degrees C to obtain material A; and (C) adding material A with magnesium sulfate, bentonite and poly ferric sulfate, stirring for 1-6hours at 30-70 degrees C, filtering, drying at 30-50 degrees C, and then grinding into powder to obtain the final product.
